Water-positive, energy-secure digital infrastructure — desalinated water, firm power and battery-backed continuity for hyperscale data centers in Mexico.
Water, power and continuity are engineered, financed and operated as a single platform — delivered inside the fence, under one agreement.
02.1 / DESALINATED WATER SUPPLY
m³/day
Seawater reverse-osmosis plants purpose-built for data center cooling, with dedicated intakes, energy-recovery trains and engineered brine diffusion clear of sensitive habitats. Capacity is contracted ahead of demand and delivered inside the campus fence, so no facility draws on municipal supply. Treated return flows and aquifer-recharge commitments are written into every offtake — keeping each site water-positive across its operating life, measured and audited against the basin it serves.
02.2 / FIRM ENERGY GENERATION
MW firm
A hybrid portfolio — solar, wind and bridging thermal firming, dispatched as one plant — delivers contracted, around-the-clock power behind the meter. Dedicated substations and redundant feeders isolate campus load from grid disturbance, while surplus capacity clears through the wholesale market. Every megawatt is backed by physical assets under long-term supply agreements, not certificates: firm, metered and priced for the life of the contract.
02.3 / BESS CONTINUITY
ms-class transfer
Grid-forming battery storage sits between generation and the server hall, carrying full campus load through faults, switching events and grid excursions with millisecond-class transfer. Racks are sized for multi-hour autonomy and cycled against the generation portfolio, so storage earns while it protects. Black-start capability and N+1 rack redundancy are standard — continuity is engineered into the platform, not layered on top of it.

SECTION 03 / WHY MEXICO
The Pacific coast pairs seawater and sun with land, fiber and an industrial workforce — the shortest path to new water-positive digital capacity in North America.

04.3 GRID & COMMUNITY
Contracted for decades. Accountable every hour.
04.1 / LONG-TERM OFFTAKE
Voltamar builds only against signed demand: every facility is anchored by 20–30-year take-or-pay offtake before ground is broken.
Water, power and continuity are sold as one contracted envelope under long-term agreements with investment-grade counterparties. Take-or-pay structures, indexed tariffs and availability guarantees make each project bankable on its own balance sheet — and give hyperscalers a single accountable counterparty for the utilities their campuses depend on.

04.2 / WATER-POSITIVE OPERATION
Each site returns more fresh water to its basin than its data centers consume — through municipal delivery, treated return flows and aquifer recharge written into the concession. Generation is additional by design: new plant, not diverted supply. Brine, noise and land-use commitments are independently audited across the concession life, and reported in the same schedule as availability.
04.3 / GRID & COMMUNITY
Interconnection is engineered for the system, not just the site: grid-forming inverters, reactive support and contracted export strengthen the regional network that hosts each campus. Local hiring, technical training and shared municipal water infrastructure are contracted deliverables — carried with the same standing as uptime.
